Part-Time Maintenance Technician Robinson Ridge Apartments

Job Title: Part-Time Maintenance Technician (25–30 hours per week)

Job Description:

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally

• Perform general repairs, including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, doors, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (make-readies)

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment

• Help maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas, grounds, amenities, and parking areas

• Identify and report larger maintenance issues to the Property Manager and coordinate with outside vendors when needed

• Maintain an organized maintenance shop and track supplies and inventory

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements & Education:

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license

• Basic carpentry and general handyman skills

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Friendly and professional when interacting with residents

Salary: $18–$20 per hour
