Every day that I come to work, I look forward to it because of our team. We have increased our year-to-date total operating income. We do not use screening software. All applications are processed within the office. This is an immense amount of paperwork, and the team handles it with complete grace. We genuinely care about their satisfaction and that is within all of our employees. Four out of six employees live on-site and we truly look at our residents as more than residents, we look at them as family. Congratulations Kensington Place and BSC Holdings.
