The AAWNC Hall of Fame award recognizes individuals in Western North Carolina for their contributions, accomplishments, and service to the multifamily housing industry. Will Brownlee| Inducted 2025

Will Brownlee has served in numerous leadership capacities within the state of North Carolina for the entirety of his career.He drafted the state AANC lease, the AANC Legal Handbook, and spent years helping with the NAA lease. Additionally, he has been instrumental in providing education to AAWNC. 

Cindy Hart | Inducted 2024

Presenting Cindy Hart with the first ever induction of the Hall of Fame Award and is a fitting tribute to her exceptional dedication and contributions to the Apartment Association of Western North Carolina (AAWNC). This induction recognizes her as a trailblazer and visionary leader whose unwavering commitment has left a lasting impact on the association and its community.
