2026 Member Dues Letter
Dear Member of the Apartment Association of Western North Carolina,
The 2026 membership dues will be invoiced to your property or company in December 2025. The payment should be remitted no later than March 31, 2026.
- Owner/Operator dues will be a flat rate of $200 per property plus $3.00 per onsite unit.
- Supplier members' annual dues will remain a flat rate of $225.
Membership with the Apartment Association of Western NC (AAWNC) encompasses membership with the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). AAWNC membership dues include the dues for the other Associations.
AAWNC will continue to host monthly networking meetings and events. Costs will range from free networking events and educational events (some free and some for a fee) to ticketed signature events such as the New Construction Bus Tour and our Annual Platinum Awards. The 2026 budget memo for classes and events will be released shortly.
