Meet Your Speaker: Tina Baker
Tina Baker has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry. She began her career as a part-time leasing and marketing professional and quickly advanced to become the manager of a new lease-up property, a role she held for 17 years. Throughout her career, Tina has worked with prominent companies such as MAA, Lincoln Property Company (now Willow Bridge), and Pegasus Residential.
In 2022, Tina transitioned to a full-time career in marketing and sales by joining Apartments.com/CoStar. This role allows her to combine her passion for supporting the multi-family industry with on-site property visits and a dedication to local apartment associations.
Tina's achievements include earning prestigious awards such as two Gold Medallion Awards with Lincoln Property Company and The Flying Pig Award with Pegasus Residential. She also served as a community trainer during her tenure at Lincoln Property Company.
Tina has been actively involved in numerous professional associations and as a board member and current Treasurer of AAWNC. And the AAWNC board member for the Apartment Association of North Carolina.
