Following up on the President’s recent address, we wanted to share the following information with you regarding the outbreak and subsequent spread of COVID-19, commonly known as the coronavirus. Though the outlook for COVID-19 in the U.S. is uncertain, it is important that rental housing providers are vigilant and stay current on both the spread of the disease and the latest guidance from government authorities. It is important to recognize that NAA, its affiliates and individual members are not health care professionals, although we are often looked to as a source of information. This document is meant to provide you with basic information about COVID-19 and enable you to monitor the expanse of the disease. This document is subject to change and will be updated as new information becomes available.
