About Us:

We are a well-established residential community in Candler, North Carolina, focused on
providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. We are
currently seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on condos, buildings, and grounds
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems
• Assist with unit turns and renovations as needed
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond promptly to service request and emergency calls
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Call vendors as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Keep daily log of time and jobs performed. Keep up with work order invoice details

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or similar trade
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical task as required
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• HVAC certification a plus (but not required)

Pay: From $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
