Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a new community in
Asheville, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with
people, has great communication skills and strong technical skills.
Position Requirements

- Managing of work orders, unit turns, building systems, unit systems,
grounds equipment, and repairs equipment.
 -Scheduling, supervising and monitoring outside contractors, working on
property.
-Communicate with residents and office staff on the status of work orders.
-Providing excellent customer service, to ensure positive tenant and owner
relations.
- Coordinating vendor work orders and following up on tenant needs and
requests.
Specific Requirements Include:
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- 3 - 5 years related experience (drywall repair, plumbing, HVAC, masonry,
rough carpentry, electrical work, appliance repair)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (occasional)
- Excellent verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background, drug test and driving record
check
- Driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation required
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)

• HVAC Certifications (Required)
  Physical demands; Standing, sitting, walking, climbing, operating machinery, lifting
  25 lbs. or more, climbing ladders for maintenance task. Ability to work
  extended/flexible hours and weekends occasionally. Driving required. Ability to
  respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
